This has included places such as Malaysia, Japan, Dubai, South Africa, Australia, UK, Germany and New Zealand.

She has organised many successful kite days & festivals, working with schools, corporations, health institutions, community and art groups, making kites & running art workshops. Yvonne was a founding member of “Arts Alive! Minds Alive!”, a group that recognises the benefits of art and creativity as a therapeutic tool, especially
in the area of mental health.

As a print-maker, Yvonne prefers the collagraph, photopolymer and drypoint techniques. As a painter, Yvonne uses mostly acrylics, watercolours and various texture mediums. She is influenced by nature and the cultural motifs of New Zealand & the Pacific. The Virtues Project is a more recent influence in her work.
